  • Flood remediation involves tile and glue removal, carpet removal, cleaning, sanitising and drying. Depending on your floor needs and the level of destruction that occurred from the flooding, and depending on your next flooring plan - we can offer advice, or simply a clean up. We have wet vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers available for use, as well as floor preparation and hazard removal services.

  • Do you have an uneven concrete slab? call us, we can flatten that $#!@ out!

Using heavy duty, fast and efficient floor grinding machines, our floor preparation services provide a smooth, mechanically clean, even foundation for your next flooring project.

  • Our expert team efficiently removes old tiles and adhesives, ensuring a smooth and clean surface for your next flooring solution, obviously we think a polished finish is the best option from here, after all, you are part way there!

With a focus on preserving the integrity of the underlying concrete, we minimise dust and disruption, for a seamless step in your renovation project.

  • Removing trip hazards in concrete flooring and pavements is essential for ensuring safety and preventing accidents. Over time, concrete surfaces can develop unevenness, cracks, and protrusions, creating risk for slips and falls. Utilizing professional concrete grinding techniques can effectively restore the surface to an adequately level finish, eliminating these potential dangers.

  • Slippery concrete floors? Get a grip by honing and roughing the surface with our heavy duty machinery and professional team!

RPC does not do slip ratings, however we can get one organised if needed.

How will your floor cope if flooded?

Did you know!!

Soaked floorboards can warp, tiles can lift, and carpet, well, that will be straight to the tip in a flooding event, along with laminate, vinyl or any other topical flooring. When you consider these flooring styles typically cover a concrete floor anyway, why not polish what you already have??!! SAVE time, resources, money and the planet!

Mechanically polished concrete is extremely durable, withstanding elements such as fire and flooding. The smooth surface made during polishing is easy to clean and doesn’t need replacing like other flooring styles mentioned above, making it great for flood-prone areas. Mechanical polished concrete is finished with a penetrating sealer which wont peel, lift or crack over time like topical epoxy sealers can. With proactive floor care plan including occasional deep cleans, mechanically polished concrete will last upwards of 20 years.
